Welcome to the 2008 Dream Catcher Science Program registration site. Please choose only one method (either online, fax, or mail) to register your student(s) into the science program.

Please complete all areas of the application and release forms.

1. Paper Application Process pdf
There are four separate classes to choose from; please pick ONE and list it as number 1.
For the other two classes, please indicate a second, third, and fourth choice (i.e., number 2, number 3, number 4) in the event the first choice is full. The rest of the application form is self explanatory.

Release Forms –there are a total of three release forms:

  • Student Code of Personal Conduct
  • Photograph
  • Release and Indemnity

    • Please read, review, and complete all areas on the three forms with your student.

    2. Online Registration Process (students may register online beginning April 1 through June 9; thereafter, please complete the above paper application and mail to the Program Coordinator or fax to (505) 844-1222).

    Please complete all fields as accurately as possible so that you may receive timely information either by U.S. mail or to the e-mail address that you provide. Call the Program Coordinator to correct any miscoded information. Please read, review, and complete all areas on the release forms with your student and return to the Program Coordinator at the address listed below.
